
Ana López Mestre
Her experience in the public sector includes collaborations with the Office of the President between 2002 and 2006 and with the Senate of the LXII Legislature, participating in activities with the Commissions on Governance, Public Finance, National Defense, Tourism and Productivity.
Since May 2015 she has served as Executive Vice President and General Director of the American Chamber of Commerce of Mexico, business organization that represents more than 1,450 companies located at Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey, which generate 21% of National GDP, 2.5 million formal direct jobs and more than 6 million indirect jobs.
She is member of the Association of American Chambers of Commerce in Latin America and the Caribbean (AACCLA), of the Editorial Board of ProMexico’s “Negocios” Magazine and mentor at AmCham’s Executive Women Development Program. Ana has been panelist and written several articles in the promotion of a better business environment, innovation and new technologies implementation, diversity and inclusion in the workspace and talent development.
